Most Definitely! We are your reminder fairies though. A reminder/confirmation txt message will be sent to you 5 days prior to your reservation  time. Simply respond Y to confirm, or contact the salon if you're unable to attend. 

Please allow 24hrs notice in the case of a full cancelation, or changes to your scheduled reservation. 
Cancelation or changes to the reservation made WITHIN the 24hr period will result in the deposit being forfeited for the effected services. For reservation cancellation or changes OUTSIDE the 24hr period, deposits will be help as a credit and applied to future services. In the case of a 'No Show/No Contact' the full cost of the reserved services will be charged.

If you're having difficulty selecting the appropriate service, or finding a suitable time, please contact the salon directly as we're more than happy to help x.

We know all heads of hair are super unique. For this reason, please schedule a complimentary consultation prior to making any service reservations. We will access what your hair goals are, and make a future reservation to suit you during the consultation. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of securing your spot. 

We want you to be loving your new do, however, if something 'isn't quite right' please contact the salon within 7 days following your appointment. We will happily correct any concerns you may have. 

Absolutely we do! By joining the cancelation/waitlist, you can advise the days and times you're available, along with the services you'd like done. You will then be the first to be contacted if an opening comes available that meets your needs.

As Elvi is an intimate space, and to get the most out the experience having some ‘you time’ we recommend just bringing yourself. If necessary though, please advise the salon beforehand if you will be bringing someone to the appointment. 

There sure is! There is ample parking outside and up the side streets by the salon. As it can be a busy little area at times so please make sure you leave a few minutes aside find a park ‘just in case’ you get caught on a busy day.
